ApproveKit
Approval workflows for Google Forms. Without the workflow software.
Turns Google Forms into approval workflows. Define who approves what, track status automatically, and notify everyone at each step.
ApproveKit is on the roadmap, not a live Marketplace listing yet. This page explains the intended workflow and where it'll fit.
What it'll do
-
Define your approval chain
Set up who needs to approve, in what order. Manager first, then finance, then procurement, or whatever your process demands.

Getting started
ApproveKit is the planned second product in the Gallium roadmap. It is not yet a live Marketplace listing.
How it works
The intended workflow is straightforward: define an approval chain in the sidebar, choose who approves at each stage, and let the form submission trigger the first approval request automatically. Approvers respond by email, the next stage is notified, and the requestor gets the final outcome.
Every decision is logged: who approved, when, and any comments they left. You can export the audit trail for compliance reporting at any time.
Before and after
Without ApproveKit: Email chains, shared spreadsheets tracking who approved what, lost requests buried in inboxes, and no audit trail when someone asks “who signed off on this?”
With ApproveKit: A structured approval pipeline inside the tools your team already uses. Every request moves through defined stages, the right people are notified at the right time, and there is a clear record of every decision.
This page stays public so the roadmap is visible, but the product is still in planning rather than public launch.
